Credentials and how we operate

The checkable facts about this company, what we do and do not yet hold, how we handle your data, and where we use AI in our own work. Published because a buyer should be able to verify us without asking.

Your data

Thailand’s PDPA makes a signed processing agreement the data controller’s obligation. Here is our position before you have to ask.

  • Data Processing Agreement
    In preparation

A Data Processing Agreement is available for any engagement handling personal data. Template pending legal review.

  • Sub-processors and data location
    In preparation

Named sub-processors and their hosting locations are disclosed per engagement, including any cross-border transfer mechanism relied on under PDPA s.29.

  • Training on client data

Client data is never used to train models.

  • Breach notification
    In preparation

PDPA requires notification within 72 hours; the commitment is written into the DPA.

Where we use AI in our own work

We sell AI transformation, so how we use AI ourselves is a fair question. Most consultancies leave this ambiguous. We would rather be specific.

AI helps us with

  • Drafting, structuring, and summarising working material
  • Exploring options and pressure-testing our own thinking
  • The AI guide on this website, which is labelled as AI wherever it appears

A human decides and signs

  • Every recommendation and conclusion delivered to a client
  • Every claim about scope, feasibility, risk, or cost
  • Every piece of work that carries the Exdream name

What never goes to a model

  • Client data, documents, or systems — unless the engagement explicitly agrees it, in writing, with the mechanism named

When we are not the right fit

Knowing where we do not help is part of knowing where we do. If one of these is your situation, we will say so early.

  1. You need a large delivery bench mobilised next month.

We are a senior, deliberately small team. Where scale is the requirement, we say so early and can help assemble the right delivery ecosystem rather than pretend to be it.

  2. You want AI added to an existing process without changing the process.

That is the pattern behind most failed pilots. If the operating model cannot change, the honest answer is that the investment will not return — and we would rather tell you before the budget is committed.

  3. You need a guaranteed outcome before any discovery.

Nobody can price or promise a result before understanding the workflow. What we can do is define a small, bounded first step whose cost is known and whose outcome is testable.

  4. The data required does not exist or cannot be accessed.

We will tell you that in the first session rather than after a build. Sometimes the right first project is the data foundation, not the AI.

Anything here you need in writing for a procurement file — ask and we will send it. admin@exdreamspirit.com
