You need a new app, website, platform or digital service for customers, citizens, students or your own team. You may have a clear specification or only an idea; either way you want one partner to shape it and lead it through to delivery.

Identify the intended users, the problem and the essential journey. Agree what the first version must do, how it will be tested and who owns what, then design and build it in stages you can review. Where an idea still needs proving, we start with a prototype and say so.

A prototype is labelled as a prototype; production release has its own acceptance criteria.

Onboarding, support and further development are scoped separately. Ownership, licensing, ongoing costs and handover are agreed in writing. Where a project needs specialist skills, we say which parts specialists will deliver before the work is committed.
